class of 70  After I graduated I worked for a few years at an insurance company until 1972 when I boarded the Windjammer ship Yankee Trader for a 9 month trip around the world. It ended up taking 18 months and we went to places like Bora Bora, Pitcairn Is., Easter Island, Syechelles and the Galapagos. I moved to California in 1977 and married my husband Peter. We have 2 children. I worked for an insurance company for several years, then after kids, I worked  at an elementary school for 18 years. I built the computer lab and ran it and also taught the teachers and students computers. I also had my own business building and repairing computers. I played competitive tennis until a back injury stopped me at 42. I enjoy camping, traveling the world, reading, swimming, sewing, cooking, good wine and food, and exercising.
