James Joseph O'Connor

Graduated from Saint Joseph’s Colligate Institute, Buffalo New York June 1971.

After I left Kennedy College, I attended the United States Military Academy at West
Point, NY in the fall of 1972.  I graduated in June 1976 with a BS in Engineering and was commissioned a Second Lieutenant in the Infantry.  I served as a paratrooper for 20 years in various position including Platoon Leader, Air Operations Office, Company Commander, Battalion Operations Officer, Battalion
Executive Officer, Battalion Commander, Corps War Planner, and on the Joint Staff.

I have a MA in Management and an MBA from Webster University.  After I retired from the Army I worked as an
Instructor at the Command and Control Warrior School, and as a Consultant for L3, HP and Booz Allen.

I am married to my wife Jimilyn and have retired from employment.  I am an Orthodox Catholic Priest and Bishop and serve in the Northern Virginia Eparchy.
